i had a wonderful stay where the staff were warm and welcoming and the central location made exploring cafes and the waterfront an absolute breeze. The nearby parks like kooloonbung creek nature park were perfect for leisurely strolls.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Port Macquarie, making it easy to walk to cafes and shops. My room was clean and tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, but the mattress felt too soft for my liking. I appreciated the spacious flat-screen TV and the well-maintained bathroom, although the lack of a bathroom fan was a bit of a nuisance as it fogged up quickly. Room service was prompt and allowed me to enjoy a quiet dinner without leaving my room. the street noise from outside was bothersome at night. Another downside was the confusing check-in process. The staff seemed a bit disorganized, which added unnecessary stress at the start of my stay.

The room was spacious and clean, perfect for a relaxing stay. The air conditioning worked well and the comfortable bed made for a good night’s sleep after a long day exploring the area.

There were some downsides. The bathroom flooded during showers due to the lack of a door, which was a nuisance. I also noticed that basic amenities like milk and coffee were not replenished during my two-night stay. The noise from other guests packing their cars early in the morning was bothersome, and the lack of bathroom ventilation created an uncomfortable atmosphere. despite some improvements needed, I wouldn’t completely steer clear of the place.
